1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DeleteThreads, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

You must comply with Meta's terms and policies for Threads/Instagram. These Terms do not override or replace the agreement you have with Meta.

2. Description of Service

DeleteThreads provides a suite of tools whose core function is to perform bulk deletions of your Threads posts on your behalf. Features include Instant Delete, Scheduled Tasks, and Deletion Queue management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use DeleteThreads, you must connect your Threads account via official OAuth authorization. By doing so, you grant us explicit, informed consent to access your Threads content to execute deletion tasks you request.

We request only the minimum scope required to read your posts list and delete posts; we do not request unrelated permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DeleteThreads for your personal content management.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate any laws or the Terms of Service of the Threads platform
Violate Meta developer policies or circumvent Threads platform limits
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Service
Use any automated means to access the Service not provided by us

6. Platform Limitations

API Limits: DeleteThreads operates within the limits set by the Threads API (currently 100 deletions per day per account). We are not responsible for limitations imposed by the Threads platform.

Irreversibility (Important): All deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. Use this tool with caution and confirm tasks only if you accept the risk of permanent loss.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions: Some features (e.g., Scheduled Tasks, Multi-Account Support) require a paid subscription.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Revoking authorization: You can revoke Threads access at any time via the dashboard revoke control or within your Threads/Instagram settings. When revoked, we stop using and remove stored access tokens.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DeleteThreads and its licensors.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Deletion risk: You control deletion instructions. We do not accept responsibility for permanent content loss caused by your requests, API errors, or other failures.

Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Threads credentials and account access. We are not liable for issues arising from your account management or misuse by others using your access.

Service interruptions: If Meta changes its API, if we perform maintenance, or if force majeure events occur, the Service may be unavailable or unable to complete tasks. We may suspend or modify functionality as needed and are not liable for resulting downtime or inability to delete content, though we will attempt to notify you when practical.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DeleteThreads be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from irreversible deletions, access issues, or service interruptions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
